What You'll Do as a Paratransit Driver:

• Safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility equipment.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and professional.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatch, and team members.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and dependable customer service.
• Complete trip documentation and required reports.

Qualifications of a Paratransit Driver:

Required

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Preferred

• Experience in transportation, customer service, caregiving, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Experience assisting individuals with disabilities or mobility challenges.
• Professional driving experience is a plus.

No paratransit experience required. Paid training provided.
